Who we are

Vertex Labs is an AI automation studio in Utrecht, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42115171, run by Quinten Faber. For anything concerning your data, contact info@vertex-labs.nl.

What data we process

Only what you submit through the contact form yourself: your name, email address and your message. Nothing else — this website uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics that identify you personally.

What we use it for

Solely to respond to your message and conduct the correspondence that follows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your own request for contact. Your data is never sold, shared for marketing, or used for newsletters you didn't ask for.

Who processes data on our behalf

To run this website and email, we use three processors:

• Vercel — website hosting;
• Resend — delivery of contact form messages by email;
• Cloudflare — DNS and email forwarding.

A GDPR-compliant data processing agreement is in place with each of these parties.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and support any resulting collaboration. When there is no ongoing contact, messages are deleted within two years at the latest.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. One email to info@vertex-labs.nl is enough — you'll get a reply within one working day. If we can't resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
